A sharp, well-lit photo where faces look toward the camera and fill most of the frame. Use the original photo from your phone, not a screenshot. One to four people look best on a 2.36 in ball. We remove the background, so only the people (or pet) are engraved.

Will my photo be in color?

No. The photo is engraved inside the crystal as a frosted white image, and the warm light from the base makes it glow. Color photos work fine; they just come out in that soft white tone.

Can I add names or a date?

Yes, optionally. Reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours with a short line, for example "Jane & William" or "Christmas 2026", and we'll add it under the photo.

How big is it?

The crystal ball is 2.36 in (6 cm) across, a little smaller than a tennis ball, and sits on a round wooden base. It's sized for a nightstand, desk or shelf.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Delivery takes 5–7 days, and shipping is free. Each ball is made to order with your photo, so for delivery before Christmas please order by Tuesday, December 8. We email your tracking link as soon as it ships.

Is it real glass? What if it arrives broken?
